The second month of 2019 is already behind us, folks. The past 28 days have been a time of growth and learning for the Xank team, who have been able to take Xank one step further in our project’s development. We’ve been very active both behind the scenes and in public — why don’t we go ahead and see what we’ve been up to?
Here’s Xank’s February monthly review.
We’re thrilled to announce that Xank has begun the creation of the Xank token! With our team of experienced and skilled developers, we have started working on the Xank token, which will be created on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token until the launch of the Xank main net. We expect the tokens to be ready by mid-March, but we’ll let you know if anything changes.
We’ve also started on our very own wallet, as mentioned in our last monthly review. The Xank wallet will store Xank tokens as well as other ERC-20 tokens, Bitcoin, and so much more. We will be focusing on wallet security, functionality, and design, as we believe all three are necessary for a pleasant user experience. Further updates on the completion of our wallet will be provided on our Medium and Telegram.
Ryan and Billy attended Startupbootcamp’s Seoul FastTrack meetup, an event for startups to share their ideas with fellow innovators and investors. Ryan gave a 20-minute presentation on the current state of cryptocurrencies, Xank’s vision, and how Xank is armed with the tools needed for mass adoption. They also sat down and talked to other project leaders and the organizers of the event to build new relationships.
Startupbootcamp is a startup incubator that selects early-stage tech startups and supports them with mentorship services and connections to investors and partners to give these companies the boost they need for growth. You can find out more about Startupbootcamp here.
Xank will be holding a meetup with the Korean community at 2 P.M. (KST) on March 7, 2019! We will be meeting with Xank supporters to answer any questions they may be itching to ask to the Xank team. Food will be provided, so if you’re in Korea and you’re hungry and eager to meet us, then stop by the city of Osan and say hello. Join our Telegram to find out more about the event.
In addition to our Steemit and Reddit subreddits, we have opened a Telegram group through which we will be engaging with our followers. If you haven’t joined yet, make sure to click the link below. Oh, and invite your friends! We’ve also opened our github to the public, so feel free to see what’s going on there.
